Find Us:

  • Located on Route 114 in North Andover
  • We are in the Jefferson Office Park plaza (across the street from Stop & Shop)
  • After pulling into the plaza, turn left for building 790
  • NOTE: Building 790 has an entrance in the front (with a few stairs) and an accessible
    entrance in the rear. Park closest to whichever entrance you prefer.

When You Arrive:

  • Once you are in the building, follow the signs for Suite 101 (on the first floor)
  • You will find the Suite 101 door marked with Community Empowerment Services
  • Come on in and find a seat in the waiting room (there is no checking in or out, but
    our admin team is available by phone at (508) 824-2273)
  • Help yourself to water, snacks, or coffee
  • Your provider will come get you from the waiting room
