Office Instructions

Find Us:

  • Located on Route 44 in Taunton
  • We are in the same plaza as Atrius Health (the plaza next to the 99 Restaurant)
  • We are located in the 2nd building (the middle of 3 buildings)
  • NOTE: You will see a Community Empowerment Services sign on the building with
    two doors beneath it—use either door to enter our practice.

When You Arrive:

  • Have a seat in our waiting room—checking in and out is not required
  • Help yourself to water, snacks, or coffee (or play a game at our game table!)
  • Feel free to borrow a book while you wait from our little library
  • Your provider will come get you from the waiting room
