Community Empowerment Services provides a full spectrum of outpatient mental health services designed to support emotional wellness across the lifespan.
Services are available both in person and via telehealth. We offer individual, family, couples, and group therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Our clinicians utilize a thoughtful approach grounded in evidence-based practices to provide compassionate, effective care.
Psychotherapy Services
Psychotherapy at CES is collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized. Our clinicians draw from a range of evidence-based and integrative therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are and support meaningful growth, healing, and improved functioning.

Treatment is tailored to each client’s goals, developmental stage, and lived experience. Our clinicians work collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop coping strategies, and support long-term emotional wellness.
Psychopharmacology Services
Our psychopharmacology services focus on thoughtful, individualized medication care as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Medication services are provided with careful attention to each individual’s goals, history, and overall well-being.
Services may include:
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Evidence-based medication management
- Integrated treatment planning with psychotherapy providers
- Patient education and shared decision-making
- Ongoing symptom monitoring and follow-up care
- Support during medication changes and care transitions
When appropriate, medication services are coordinated with psychotherapy to support a whole-person team-based approach to care.
