Office Instructions

Find Us:

  • Located on Route 133 in Georgetown
  • You might know this plaza as the “Dunkin Donuts plaza”
  • CES is located in the rear of the plaza under the blue awning
  • NOTE: We are not the counseling practice in the front of the plaza. Please drive to
    the back of the building to find our entrance.

When You Arrive:

  • Come on in and find a seat (we share a waiting room with Dr. Ryan chiropractic)
  • You do not need to check in or out (but our admin team is available by phone at
    (508) 824-2273)
  • Your provider will come get you from the waiting room
